Is chessok.com a reputable shop

I was just wondering whether chessok has a good reputation in chess equipment and software

Yeah, its fine, I have bought a couple of Peshk@ chess courses from them and had no problems.

It is an ok place to shop, dont know if wholesalechess.com would be cheaper

I had big problems downloading ther re software 1 week ago 4 e-mails later I still have not heard from them!!

I've used theirs services for many years without any problems

still not heard back from them 10 31 2012

On googling the internet, not answering their emails seems a common problem for quite a few customers.  But if you receive the right stuff that you ordered and it works so you don't need to email them, they sound like an o.k. outfit.
