Is the Chess Bible good for ~500 elo players?


I don't own the book but the overwhelming majority of the Amazon reader reviews of the book are positive. In fact I don't recall seeing a negative review. Judging from the comments I would conclude that the book is probably also suitable for a beginner-novice player who has had experience playing the game and who knows algebraic chess notation (which, apparently, you do)...
