UpCR A friend of mine has this set and I always thought it was a kind of arts and crafts set that is sold to tourists in several countries ... but I stand to be corrected

Haverumwilltravel this one is remarkably similar to this one https://youtu.be/u6RNtIxnTvk that Dewey describes as Czech ... :-) ... well they are neighbouring countries, I suppose.
Can somebody shed a bit of light on the subject?
