Hi, I'm stuck at around 550 elo and I would like some recommendations for middlegame books.

Thanks, AlexLlama1

At 600 you should focus on tactics and board vision. As an adult learner I believe one of the things that helped me a lot to 1800 USCF relatively quickly was reading tactic books, and puzzle books during my 1 hour each way morning MTA commute. With most books having at least 3-4 moves between diagrams and obviously not having a board on the train/bus I was forced to visualize the board between diagrams. I remember one puzzle book in particular was very unique in that it showed games openings of regular untitled players with each side making "mistakes" and even "blunders". The objective was to go through the opening and see if you could spot them for either side.

However if you want a middle game book the Reassess Your Chess is great.
