Well i want to buy some books..

and i was just wondering, what would be a good book for me?

Im not looking for a book on openings or endgames or beginner/intermediate books, i dont care if its an old book or new, i am look for books that help in middle games or books that have tactics or positional explaination, or a book that helps you plan in chess because im always stuck at a certain place and never know what to do..

Help would be appreciated! Thanks :)

How to reassess your chess, by Jeremy Silman is a good one. I'd highly recommend it. It explains positions, and how to identify the 'imbalances' so that you can 'read' the chess board and make plans.

Yep, Silman's book is excellent if you haven't read it.

Sounds like you might also benefit from going over well-annotated game collections, though.  Learning about all the elements of strategy will serve you well, but there's nothing like seeing how the greats put it all together.

Reading a book, it showed me its better to learn Tactics instead of strategy for a class player (Such as me for example, U1800 rated), because most people make tactical mistakes (in all the classes), and if you improve on tactics then your gonna improve your game greatly. Only time structure or strategy (Dont get me wrong, this plays a part in U1800 level chess) really matters is at the 2000+ Level of play, so i should focus on the Tactical part of chess...

that being said, any good tactical books for me?
