Yes. In my opinion the best chess magazine out there, with Dutch players Dirk-Jan ten Geuzendam, who hosts about every major chess event and interviews many top-GM's regularly and former top player GM Jan Timman. Some great columns there and interesting views on recent developments in the chess world. I say give it a try!

It's absolutely excellent on the whole, definitely the best periodical I have come across. For the reasons observed above by PaulGottlieb you might want to consider getting hold of a single issue before committing to a subscription but I'd say if you have a genuine interest in the high level chess scene then you'd probably still enjoy it regardless of whether some of the content was too sophisticated.
I am considering to subscribe the New in Chess Magazine.
