Of the 2 I'm only familiar with Official Staunton and my experiences with them have been excellent and the quality of their product is top notch.
I too only know of Official Staunton. I ordered the 3.5" Cooke from him. There was an issue with 3 pieces. There is a long story to this which I won't get into. I will just say Carl resolved it to my complete satisfaction. His customer service is excellent.

Looking at the legal blurb on each site, both brands are owned by the English Chess Company.
I recently ordered that board (albeit it was £20 cheaper mid-November) and the “Craftsman” pieces from Chess Maze, and have no complaints - arrived quickly in a huge box with loads of packaging. And no problems with either product.

Just wondering if anyone has experience of these 2 companies in the UK?
It looks like they are the same company, but curious as the prices are different (for what looks to be the same product).
