PGN Maker

Is anyone aware of a PGN maker utility that allows you to copy and paste a list of moves into it and it will generate a copy and pastable PGN file ?

Tarrasch GUI is not a PGN utility, as such, but you can paste a list of moves into it, then save it as a PGN file.

Thanks a million guys. I plan to eventually convert the entire Opening Encyclopedia here at Chess.com into a book that will load into Chess Analyze 2.6, SCID, or other GUI's. Anything to expidite the process or the where abouts of such a book already existing would be greatly appreciated.
