get a winboard like Crafty is free (get it from here) should be able annotate there

Basically I'm looking for a free really simple program that I could input my game's moves and allow me to save and annotate. Something like the Chess.com "Insert position or game" tool.
I believe that Chess Engines such as Fritz or Rybka should have this, but I have yet to get one, as it costs like $100 :/. But maybe in the future. And actually if someone can tell me if Fritz/Rybka has this ability to store your games and add annotations that would be great, too.
