It is a massive compendium,mostly on openings and especially gambits. Amazing that Bilguer managed to write all that before he died!

Publisher? Edition? Condition?
I'm familiar with the original Handbuch and some of its history. I'd like to know more about the copy that would like to sell.

It's the Edition OLMs reprint of the 1843 edition. It is in good shape except for some wear and tear on the front of the dust jacket.
