Software for game analysis

I probably should have mentioned that I'm on Windows 10.
I'm a little confused by Stockfish. I went to their download page, but it says that it's just a back end engine, and doesn't come with an interface. So what GUI would I need to download, and is it easy to make the GUI and the Stockfish engine work together?
I'm not looking to spend a lot of time on the tech stuff before I can even start using the program. I just want a program that shows me a chess board, lets me move the pieces around, and tells me when one of the moves I made was a blunder that I missed.
Kinda like the analysis that happens here on chess.com when you analyze your games afterward.

So I just googled a bit and ran across this article:
https://windowsreport.com/software-analyze-chess-games/
Based on that, I plan to try out the free trial of DecodeChess and let you know what I think. Just thought I'd leave the link to the article here, in case anyone else with my same question finds this thread.

I use the Tarrasch software (free download, easy to use) on my Windows 10 laptop, which runs any version of Stockfish, along with many other chess playing programs. In addition, if you download a database games collection, Tarrasch easily allows you to do a position search to see games played where the position appeared.

@MCH818 - You can both analyze with Stockfish and play games against Stockfish, *if* your GUI has those capabilities. Almost all GUIs allow you to play games against the engine - I was a bit surprised to see that yours doesn't allow that.
@OP - Almost all GUIs will do engine analysis. It's usually not too hard to install Stockfish into a GUI, but if you don't even want to bother with that, you could try Lucas Chess, which comes with a fairly recent version of Stockfish preinstalled, and it has a fairly good analysis feature. I haven't tried DecodeChess, so you'll have to compare its performance against the free GUIs.
So this is probably a stupid question, but I'm returning to chess after a few years' absence, and I'm behind on all the latest stuff. I'm looking for software to help me analyze my games.
I know that for games played here on chess.com, the web site has an analysis engine built in, so I can use that. But I'm starting to play OTB games again, and I'd like to be able to run them through a computer, too. Years, ago I had a version of Fritz, but that was at least two computers ago, and I doubt if I still have the install CD lying around anywhere.
Not looking for anything fancy. I'm no GM, trying to find the best lines to eke out an advantage against Magnus Carlsen. Just something to help a class level patzer blunder check my games. Anything cheap/free and easy to use will do.
