SOFTWARE: Position database

I want a software in which  we can create and maintain  a database of Positions and we can add an engine and train with that position. Anyone  suggest me one such sofware please.

Chessbase stores only the picture of the position not the exact position. So suggest me something else.

Chess Assistant could probably do it. 

I suspect Chessbase can do it too, perhaps you need to delve deeper into the manual.
