Square Off Pro - Issues with the company?

Has anyone in the UK actually received one of these? I ordered in Feb 2022 and it's not arrived. I don't know if the company is still going? They've given me the following delivery dates each time I ask. Does anyone know if they are having issues, did anyone every get one?

So far they told me:

20 jun 2022- will be there in 10 days
4 jul was dispatched

The square off  I hope you get your board I ordered one two weeks ago am in US /Texas  got the board very fast 

I like everything about the board,it does eat a lot of batt life while using my phone or tablet 

I had to make two accounts to be able to use iPhone versus my tablet but that’s not a real big issue.

I would like o see a software update that lets me have a tutorial on the best move  while in self play mode 

seems easy to me 

the board is a little funny when on auto mode we’re it plays a pretty silly game I set to level 3 did better

i hope chess.com would set up a square off player list making easy to play more squares

It depends on which board your are asking. If its Grand kingdom set and Square off Pro its available in stock on their website and shouldn't take that much time.

If its SWAP and NEO its for pre-order and they have started shipping to kickstarter and indeigogo backers.
