. I think I felt the same after buying my Chavet B-212 but not finding out it was the 2000 WCC set until months later watching a youtube video of Kasparov and Kramnik doing battle with it lol !

Since first posting a photo of this set, I've learned that it's of the type used in the Soviet Championship held in December 1961 in Baku. An earlier Soviet Championship had been held in Moscow that year.
