Thoughts on Chessbase 17 Buddy Engine

I have been reading about the new features in Chessbase 17.  I'm not really drawn to most of the features but one does seem to be fairly ground-breaking, and that's the Buddy Engine.

This seems to be a good aid in understanding why certain moves were better than others.  I think you can get similar insights from the engine move lists in prior versions or other apps, it seems that the buddy engine might be easier to understand.

I'm looking for anyone with experience  with this tool.  Has anyone used this feature, and is it useful?  Are there other competing products that provide something similar?

I'm also interested. For a long time I've wished for a chess engine that explains WHY in a simple way. I could care less if the engine is 2800 elo or 4000 elo. I want a better explanation of why the move is better or worse because sometimes it just doesn't make sense.

Decodechess is another option. I tried it a while back and wasn't really impressed with it but I think they may have made some improvements.
