Our manufacturer made them in a natural plastic,  which is semi-opaque with no color.  I don't want people to think that this is the color it will be in.

Will the New Ultimate Set be made of a similar quality plastic as the Cavalier Deluxe set?

Awesome set!! I had to hunt down the original version and finally found an example a few months ago. I will NOT miss out on getting a brand new example of the re-issue  !!

Sounds good Shelby. Two week lead time is plenty of time to get it paid for and reserved.   I supported you when you went on kickstarter but you didn't get near enough of people.  Will gladly pay up in advance.

Paying in full, in advance, is a very reasonable request for a 36% discount ($14) discount!

Shelby - I recommend that you notify via email, in a timely fashion, all those who pre-ordered, regarding how they should complete their orders (i.e., pay you).

Two week order window sounds plenty generous to me.

My wife thinks I'm crazy having waited this long for a chess set. I've been on the waitlist since before Shelby made the announcement. I'm like a kid in a candy store waiting for the golden ticket. Shelby I do have a question. Is there going to be a limit on quantity that waitlist people can purchase? I would like to get at least two sets if possible.

Receiving something extra with an order is always a pleasant surprise.  I wont be upset if my order generates a lucky number.  :-)
