Vinyl 10x10 chess board?

HOS used to have both 10x10 and 12x12 vinyl chess boards, useful for playing various chess variants, but they stopped selling them near the start of 2021.  I had always been meaning to buy the 10x10 board but sadly, I delayed too long.  I guess they weren't selling many of them.  At that time, I even suggested they offer a 10x8 vinyl board to play Capablanca chess since they sell an expensive 10x8 wooden board for that purpose.  So, I was trying to find a 10x10 vinyl board somewhere else, and found a link to http://www.modern.chess.variants.tripod.com/10x10_setups.html in a topic here from 2012.  It's cheap enough, assuming shipping from Canada to the US isn't outrageous, but when I emailed them twice to ask about the dimensions I got no response.   I'd want the squares to be 2.25".  It seems to still be possible to order one via PayPal, but I'm not going to try that without more info.  Has anyone here bought this board recently?

As a last resort, I could try ordering a custom "game mat" from an online site that allows you to upload a jpeg to be printed on a custom sized mousepad-style mat, but that'll run at least $40, and I'd rather have it be made out of vinyl and not have a giant floppy mousepad!

I found a guy selling capablanca pieces, but no vinyl 10x10's or 10x8's in sight
