What's up with House Of Staunton support?

I've sent 4 messages over 4 days to House of Staunton to try and get a piece that cracked replaced. Set is older than 1 year so it's not a warranty situation. More than happy to buy the new piece.

But so far they haven't replied to a single message. What the H?

I've sent all messages using their contact form on the site so it's not an issue of my requests getting filtered as spam. Has anyone else had such a terrible experience? So far all I've received is a ticket number for each contact request but not a single reply.

So frustrating to see a company like that ignore its customers.

When you say you sent "messages" do you mean the website chat function? Skip the chat and message forms on their site. Send an email directly to HoS customer service at: customerservice@houseofstaunton

I guess you could try calling them as well. (256) 858-8070

I've used the message form on their website. when you email there's a chance that your message will get filtered as spam. direct forms are always the most reliable way to contact any retail establishment.

Yes, i could try and call them but that doesn't excuse them not replying to 4 messages over 4 days.

Not sure what happened. But HoS did finally reply to one of my messages. So there's that!

It doesn't make sense for you to stubbornly use the website form 4 times, over 4 days, and not try to email them directly when their email address is readily available. 

The last time I needed customer service from HoS it was regarding a damaged piece replacement. I emailed them directly at customerservice@houseofstaunton

HoS sent the pieces out the next day. And followed up with a Tracking Number.

see my previous message. this has nothing to do with being stubborn and everything to do with eliminating the possibilty that incoming messages could get filtered as spam.

very happy that you had quick responses on your order. but that has very little to do with what's happening here.

I have been trying to email "customerservice@houseofstaunton.com" multiple times since mid February. Three of my light colored pawns arrived with some black discoloration which doesn't come off. 
I'll give their "sales" email a try and hopefully someone decides to respond and make this right.
