i have recently been given the task of obtaining a quote for the item of topic. an old gino ferrari chinese style chess set. i am at a loss as to who or where i could obtain this information. if anybody has a rough idea or can point me in the right direction, would be fantastic.

well i have investigated these avenues already it would appear. but the hunt must go on......

many auction sites such as eBay have a 'saved search' option combined with an 'alert me', where if new auctions for the search terms show up, you'll receive an email alert

with patience, this may produce what you're looking for (comparable offerings / sales)
