Which chess clock screen is the best in 2023 !?

I've just purchased a new clock dgt 2500 and I'm happy with it , especially display.

I was just wondering for people who has different clocks to compare or seen them in real life IS THERE A BETTER DISPLAY?

What I mean is I don't care about functions or other specs I was just wondering about the screen ( clarity, size of the numbers, different viewing angles, crisp of number, backround etc...)

I know some LEAP clocks make very good clear and easy to see displays even, when it's a bit dark or sunshine or from the distance etc...

Also DGT2010 similar to LEAP makes very good displays

Also Zmart PRO has big seen by the look of it

So MY QUESTION IS : who's the winner here !? DGT 2500 the king or not !?

The zmart pro has the best display and is king. It is the best clock I have used.

I would only use a DGT clock with a DGT chess board.

Have you used dgt 2500 tho? If so why zmart pro over dgt 2500 what's better in zmart pro can you elaborate please.

I like Silver Chess’s screen as well. The displayed digits are almost twice the size of DGT 2010. Big and clear. The only downside is that it is not tilted.

DGT 3000 also has a nice screen; easy to read during play.

I accept 2500’s superiority though. The thickness of the digits will probably show up on the 3000 replacement whenever it comes out.

Can someone actually post a picture of Z pro chess clock and dgt 2500 next to each other so can see size , clarity of the screen. Do you have both of them?

I find in chess clocks. The biggest options of choice.is a physical button or not, and does the display show the seconds. And do you prefer a LCD, or LED display.

Most chess clocks I can see just fine, and most clock have the needed timing options.

But LED does have the advantage in readability, even when the display is smaller over LCD.

Here is an extreme example.

ZMF-II vs ZMF-Pro. LED vs LCD.
