Thank You.
You didn't just get one good book, you got a whole library to learn from.
Give the list if you have time.
You’re asking for the same list of books that are already in @RussBell’s blog that he just provided?

I thought you have some other books in your opinion.
The art of positional chess by Sammy Reshevsky. It was the first chess book I ever studied.
Thanks.
EDITED: Every coach and master-level player will repeatedly say to STUDY games of great players. Here is one light book to start with. From there, serious students are advised to study books dedicated to each player to learn the intricacies of their play style in further detail: Karpov, Capablanca, Petrosian, Kramnik and Nimzowitsch. More than 90% of all the game collection books that have been published specifically for each of these players are worth the time.
"Strategic Chess Exercises" by Emmanuel Bricard and "Test Your Chess Skills" by Sarhan and Logman Guliev are quiz books that give you a position and ask you to evaluate it. The solutions given are quite detailed. You can learn a great deal from them.
Are you ready to be schooled in positional play by a SCHOLASTIC PLAYER? This book was co-authored by Daniel Naroditsky when he was only FOURTEEN YEARS OLD.

Add this gem to the quiz book list

Thank you. I will certainly add it. I have another book by Bellin and Ponzetto, "Mastering the King's Indian Defense", and it's an excellent introduction to the KID.
Apparently, both Bellin and Ponzetto books are out of print. The positional play book is readily available, but the KID book is outrageously expensive. The lowest price I find is over $200 on abebooks.com; Amazon is even worse. Sheesh.

Yes, even here in India, the paperback version is selling for $70. Very expensive. But the Kindle version is $10.

Very interesting. Neither book is offered in the Kindle version on Amazon's US site. The print version of the positional play book is offered for less than $10, but the KID book is about $250.

Normally books in India are available at reasonable price. The rate will be around $4 to $10. Not all books are available in stores. But lately books prices had raised. Books like "My System", "Chess Praxis", "Dynamic Chess Strategy", etc. all selling for $14, $15. But in US most of them are selling double the prices than here.
Most of the times, I don't know whether my position is good or bad. Are there any great books that focuses on Position Evaluation? If so, name a few even though if they are for advanced players. Thank You.
