If you want structured lessons and formal teaching, you'll probably have to find a coach and they are almost never free. However, if you just want to learn and get some advice: there are many players who don't mind playing a game or two and exchanging thoughts after the game. This post-mortem analysis is especially common at OTB events and at chess clubs - everyone wants to improve their own game and so it benefits both players to review some ideas afterwards.
If you like, we could even play a few unrated live games for learning purposes, but it is also important to find friends closer to your own rating who you can do this with somewhat regularly
Would anyone be willing to help me with my game?
I feel like I have a decent general understanding of the game but can't seem to improve further .
I usually play blitz games and hover between 900-1100 mark.
