Basic Gold membership is plenty in my opinion. I have had all the memberships and think 25 puzzles a day are enough with Gold.
Try to learn something from them, you can do 500 puzzles a day it won't help if you don't actually learn anything from them and just spam puzzles.
I do puzzles from books where the authors chose the positions for their instructional value. I think 15-20 minutes of puzzles per day is probably optimal. You might get something out of it if you do more, but there's likely to be diminishing returns from excessive time spent. Your brain can only learn so much at once.
Recently I've been spending around 2 hours per day on puzzles and I feel like I'm getting better. My puzzle rating is generally going up (with some day-to-day fluctuations).
I think the trick is to focus on accuracy rather than speed, and to click the analysis button after every puzzle to go through all the different possibilities.
I'd say I usually complete about 10 puzzles in those 2 hours and I might get 7 correct and 3 wrong.
How many checkmate puzzles should I do each day?
David Prues's input is best here. He says do the puzzles till you get three wrong. Then do those three atleast three times, so you remember the pattern for future. I believe this is the best advice ever. In an year, that 3 a day adds up substantially.

Thank you for the help.
