I'm not someone who thinks you have to be an amazing player to be a great coach, but a 700 rapid coaching others.. 😅

translation:
'Ouaaa I hope it will work for you but I do not see the usefulness of being coached by a guy who is 900 even a beginner will have better to go looking but again I hope it will work ^^ no hates'
---------------------------
could depend on what is meant by 'coached'.
Like - how the pieces move.
Options on how to set up the board and method of moving.
Setting up challenges.
Practice games that include game chat - to get more familiar with how games here work.
---------------------
But for coaching on the finer points of the Benko Gambit ...
Well even there - on the not so fine points - a beginner can show another beginner what the Benko looks like.
But - better to get into the tactics puzzles. Gets right down to the main business.
You can filter them so as to get lower rated puzzles to do.
And they can be done unrated and without a timer too.
Which is probably the best way to do them - provided you don't take too long on a move.
-----------------------
Regarding ratings here - they cut you to 400 if you don't play for a while.
No worries.

No my rapid rating is inaccurate. My father was playing on this account before so when I took over this account, his rapid elo was 700. I don't really like playing rapid because I like Blitz more. So, my blitz rating is a lot more accurate. Also, as you remark, I improve very fast. 5 days ago, my elo was of 957. Now it is 1053.
