There is a help and support forum where you might have better luck, but realistically your best bet is to submit a help and support "ticket". Notice at the bottom of the page next to the green pawn a small listing of things to click on. Click "help and support". That takes you to the FAQs page where you click on "contact help and support". That takes you to a page where you can fill out a support "ticket". Best of luck, hope that helped.
