ChessMentor says black's best reply is d7-d5 followed by castling, but I don't understand. Can't white just play Bxd5?

Is that a problem? Black is two Pawns up, but way behind in development. Why not give one back (remaining a Pawn up) in order to get some pieces developed?

Perhaps capturing the pawn isn't the best move, doesn't white get some strong counterplay?
(Edit: Though I do notice that black can go down the exchange by castling after QxB...)

1..d5 is the only move which doesn't lose in that position

The only move that doesn't immediately lose, I suppose, though black has to give the bishop up, going down the exchange. It wasn't clear when I did the exercise that d5 was specifically a tempo move intending to hang the bishop, but I understand now that if d5 is not played, black's king is toast.

It is difficult for me to find the best move for Black in this position.
