Nothing. They do show other members how active you are, but that's it. Once upon a very long time ago, Erik gave out Tshirts to encourage folks to post in the forums.
EDIT: Oh wait, this is the Chess Mentor forum. Did you mean your Chess Mentor rating? If you did, it's similarly useless except to show the world you're a good student.
