Hans did it to himself. Just think about imagine if some other prodigy was accused of such a thing it wouldn't be as convincing because on camera they are all so polite. But Hans, he has a reputation for being rude it works a lot easier of him.

oh yeah. Hans was the perfect target for someone with the cachet of Magnus. it's much easier to convince the world that someone is guilty of something without evidence if they happen to already be disliked. Why do you think trial lawyers try to make sure their clients all dress up and behave respectfully in court?

but it's a type of fallacious thinking and bias; it is logically possible for someone to come off as a jerk sometimes, AND for them not be a cheater.
