1.d4 Nf6 - ways to long castle
There are things like 1. d4 Nf6 2. Nf3 e6 3. Bg5 c5 4. Nc3!? cxd4 5. Qxd4 Nc6 6. Qh4 Be7 7. e4 with 0-0-0 to follow which can be reached through different move orders like 1. d4 Nf6 2. Bg5 c5 3. Nc3!? and even 1. Nc3 c5 2. d4. Probably not that great objectively but Black can easily go wrong too.
The Sämisch variation of the King's Indian Defence.
The Exchange Variation of the Queen's Gambit Declined.

There are no good suggestions. Very few openings, especially for White, feature pre-palnned castling. You cannot declare where your king is going on move 1. There are a couple of openings with instant Kingside castling - Ruy Lopez or Italian Game for White, Kings Indian Defense for Black, but pre-meditating Queenside Castling is almost impossible. A lot depends on what Black plays.
For example, someone mentioned the Saemisch King's Indian, which does have a high ratio of long castling for White, but what about the Modern Benoni or Benko Gambit? What about the Nimzo-Indian, Queen's Indian, Catalan, or Slav? What about most lines of the Dutch or Modern Defense? You are likely getting yourself killed!
I'm looking for suggestions on openings that end up with white castling queenside after 1. d4 Nf6... All suggestions are welcome, but I definitely prefer flexible systems that don't require memorization of lots of lines. Thanks!
