I never play this move. Playing like this is counting on your oponent's weakness ... And it's not the good way to improve your play.
Everyone and their mother plays that opening when you first start out here and haven't gotten your rating up, and what's more is they all think they're going about it in some incredibly clever and inconspicuous manner. Just ignore it and enjoy the free advantage in development it will give you
If you want to punish someone for playing these moves, just play this line:
1.d4 2.dxe5 4.exf6
Then you will be up a whole Queen.

That does not make sense. Im guessing ivoryknight71 is playing 1.e4 for starters, and after 2.dxe5 if whites plays 1.d4 no player would be stupid enough to play ...Qf6 with a white pawn on e5.
