I've recently began working on learning the Ruy Lopez, and I've found these archangels difficult to face. I was just wondering if you guys have any particular setup that you adopt against the Archangel, or a good line that you use. Thanks in advance for any help

Thanks for the advice. I see the Bc5 line more than the Bb7, so I'll try Nxe5.

If anyone else has any ways they fight the archangel, I would be happy to hear them. Do you go for a small center with c3/d3, or push all the way to d4?
