You cannot move two pawns in one move. You can move the rook (tour) and the king in one move by "castling". Not two pawns.

I just want to ask if there is something in the rules (or and games played ) about a game begining with moving two pawn of one place in stead of moving one pawn of one or two places? hope someone will understand my english!
