My dad got me a game called Chessmaster which is quite good. It tells you when you've made Blunders, and what would be a better move with reasons why. It also tells you about most of the Chess openings, and tells you of useful tactics. If you ever come across it, it's worth buying.
Best Chess Sofwares?

I'm really not very impressed by CM10's opening section. It does have some data there, but to be honest, I find the Shredder online database easier to use and every bit as helpful (http://www.shredderchess.com/online-chess/online-databases/opening-database.html). :\ CM10 is a fine program for many things (the tutorials by Josh Waitzkin are great for beginners), but I wouldn't buy it specifically for the opening section.

Remember, he's a beginner. Shredder would just shred him.
Not a database without an engine.

Shredder's database is just a way of clicking through the moves to see what people play. And of course if you buy the program, you can adjust the difficulty, same as Chessmaster (though I don't know if it goes as low as CM does). But like I said, CM10 is a fine program. I just don't think it's particularly good for learning openings. That section of the program, at least in CM10, is not very streamlined and not all that informative. I find Wikipedia + Shredder's free online database to be a better resource than CM10, honestly. :\
What are the best chess opening software in which you can learn openings the fastest? Is the one that you must pay for on this site any good? I dont want to learn by reading books, i want something interactive.
