Nimzowitch. Study Nimzowitch, and you will have yourself some excellent options. I've had some luck with a Nimzo-Kasparov Dragon, as well. Be inventive. Best defense = don't let your opponent know what you're doing.
Best defence against E4

But Nimzowitch with e4 push or d4 Push bcoz both have some lot of attacking lines
e4 Nc6 d4 then e4 or d4 bcoz some experts told e4 is superior but some say d4 is best...which one do you follow.
Honestly, it depends on the kind of game you're better at playing. The current fashion is to have open games, with big sweeping moves, often employing pins and strong tactical moves, obtaining advantage of high-trafficked squares. To these players, a highly positional game, where many small moves are required, they cannot comprehend. Of course, the opposite is true - if you are a positional player, open games tend to be a problem. The secret is really to force your opponant to play to your strengths. Which is best?? The one that works best for you is the one you should use, but you have to know all the options anyway. Always use the openings you understand, when it counts. Club play etc is for working on your new openings.

I'd recommend the Classical French, or if you want to be offbeat but still sound, the e5 Nimzowitsch (instead of the standard d5, which is more well known). Here is a typical opening setup for the e5 Nimzo:

the only reason why a6 is best is because e4 is a blunder and anything is better than it (sorry e4 fans, im a d4 player)

its a6
Yep, a6 is obviously better than e4, an even better opening is:
1. g4 e5
2. f4 ...
Boom! You're automatically winning as white!

Unless I have missed someone....and not one person has asked you how good you are (i.e. Do you have a rating & what is it) ? I really don't see the sense in recommending any sort of an opening if no one knows if you have the ability to carry any of the resulting complications out of that opening.

Hey, Hadron, the opening I showed above is simple enought to continue on with that after playing the opening lines a 500 rated player could play the best continuation!

You answered the question yourself; Sicilian.
Yup, agreed. To be specific, Dragon. How bout you? I'm guessing that you play the Najdorf. (Since everyone does)
I mainly play Taimanov and Najdorf, but I also play Classical, Sveshnikov, Scheveningen every once in awhile. Basically all of the main variations besides the Dragon, haha. I'm not a fan of the dragon...I think the other variations are more sound, you still get the crazy middlegames that I like without having the h7-g6-f7 bullseye.
The best defence as well as counter attack against e4 is Sicilian but there are several other option for black to answer the question asked by e4 please need viewers suggestion inorder to find the best defence in chess...
