Sacrifice and bring the opponent's queen into the congested position and then try to trap it with well thought moves.
Bringing the queen out early!
It is easier just to play natural moves and watch his position unravel. This avoids being tricked into over pressing. Develop the pieces while attacking the Queen or threatening to and the lead in development will help you win. e.g

are you playing him here on chess.com or OTB? I can give you tons of my games when my opp bring queen early and was destroyed.
Posting any game of yours would help.

klc57690> Can anyone give me some advice on how to deal with a friend who brings out his queen early? I know that I should try to attack his qeen while developing but that doesn't seem to be doing much good.
When your opponent brings out his queen early, you gain a tempo attacking it. No more, no less. Perhaps you expect too much? The Scandinavian (1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5) is played even at the GM level and good for a draw. If you expect your opponent's position to collapse due to one dubious move, you expect too much.
Post a game or two. We need to see your actual games to be more specific.

good technique against players who play with the queen in early in the game.

Nytik, nice win! Black had to move his queen five times in nine moves.
In the ...Qa5 Scandinavian Black usually plays ...Nf6, ...c6, ...Bf5, and ...e6, with a robust Caro formation where it's hard for White to convert the extra tempo into anything more than doubled pawns, which are not enough to win. if White pressed too hard for the win (quite common), he often winds up on the chopping block himself.

Bringing your QUEEN out to early is just asking to lose it.....if your playing a good opponent....I love to see the queen out in move 3-8...way to early in development after that MAYBE....The situation lets you know when to move that girl!
This shows a example of when to bring the queen out!
Theres nothing wrong with repositioning the queen, its just sticking it out in the open is asking for it. Here, the queen is a valid (not just valid, good) move:

I know that I should try to attack his qeen while developing but that doesn't seem to be doing much good. I'm sure I should be trying to trap his queen in my territory somehow but i just don't see how i can...
This is probably a hard question to answer briefly, but if anyone has any advice I would appreciate it
