Share your opinions and own analysis on this exciting gambit........ I think modern engines as long as those are ruled by AlphaZero , are enamoured of sacrificing a pawn in the opening.

 

 

So this certainty should be AlphaZero's first choice for dealing with Indian systems.....

Well, if you are going to split hairs , A 'Bogart' is recorded as having played it in 1933 when Bronstein was 9.....Like with most things in chess, it depends how you define "invented".
