What do you guys think about the Bullhead Formation or Ten Golden Moves  that this guy mentions here

I have personally never heard of such a thing before. Is it true that you generally want to aim for to develop pieces in this manner?

No.

I almost never attempt to develop both Bishops to the 4th rank (to c4 and f4). In that formation, they have no logical connection to each other, and they 'look' in different directions; one at the K-side and one at the Q-side.

Instead, if one Bishop goes to c4 I will develop the other one to e3 or g5. If one Bishop goes to e3, I will generally put the other one on e2 or c4. The Bishops should be posted so that they can assist each other, or so that one can profit from any opposing counter-measures taken against the other one.

Okay thank you. This system definitely seemed to be be lacking any serious threats or ideas and just seems to be about maintaining symmetry. Also what do you you feel about about developing the knights to c3 and f3? wouldnt you want to play c4 or f4 in some cases as well?

It depends on the position, but yes, developing both Knights to the third rank can restrict your Pawn-play options.

Very bad opening set up against 1200 and above. May work against 500 rated beginners.

Why?

After his 10 moves, there is no more strategic plan to develop. All a, b,c and  f, g, h  files are virtually blocked  and uncoordinated with his own pieces.
