LOL, bad chess is what that is :p.
If I had to label it, I'd call it the "closed philidor" (not that there actually is such a thing) because instead of trying to open the game up a bit with d4 (the regular philidor) white decided to close it with d3. However it also bears a resemblance to the 4 knights game, and depending on how play continues it might transpose into that as well.
