Strange question, this opening isn't very sharp so forced draws are very rare. However, I can think of one. But on this computer, I can't use the diagram thingy, so you'll have to make do with the moves only:

1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 {The Slav} 3.Nc3 Nf6 4.Nf3 dxc4 5.a4 {Main Line of the Slav} 5... Bf5 6.Ne5 e6 7.f3 Bb4 8.e4 Bxe4 {The creatively-named Piece Sac Line} 9.fxe4 Nxe4 {Now 10.Bd2 is an interesting game, but there's also} 10.Qf3 {After which there is a draw with} 10... Qxd4 11.Qxf7+ Kd8 12.Bg5+ Nxg5 13.Qxg7 Bxc3+ 14.bxc3 Qxc3+ {with perpetual check, e.g.} 15.Ke2 Qc2+ 16.Ke1 Qc3+ 17.Ke2 Qc2+ 18.Ke3 Qe4+ 19.Kd2 Qf4+ {etc}
