Caro-Kann analysis

As somebody who has played the Caro-Kann for a long time (being given it by my mentor from day one as an easier opening to play), I have to say that even though it doesn't regularly produce the open positions I recently have begun to enjoy playing, it is still a weapon I know and love. After 6.h4 h6 7.h5 Bh7 8.Bd3 Bxd3 9.Qxd3 Nd7, things are pretty interesting. White's advanced h-pawn provides a minor kingside bind, if I read things right, but can become a target for attack and a weakness in the endgame. The line is very difficult for White to crack, and I had excellent results with it.
This is my analysis on the Caro-Kann. If you like it Join my group the Caro-Kann lovers. And for a few pointers I can't diagram, The Caro-Kann is a solid opening. It creates very few weaknesses (if any), and since most opponents want to attack, they will play something unorthodox which will create a weakness for you to exploit
