Well, my favorites are a bit old and possibly very hard to find:
- Alexander Konstantinopolsky: Caro-Kann
- Bent Larsen: Solide Åbninger (in Danish)

The Caro-Kann Revisited, A Complete Repertoire for Black by Francesco Rambaldi
Chessable also has at least one “book.”
The Caro is my mainstay. The two books I recommend are by Schandorff and Houska. Either one would serve you well, I use lines from both.
The Rambaldi book is great if you like sacrificing pawns for dynamic activity. Nothing wrong with that, but it's not really my style.
can somebody recommend some caro kann books please? i am trying to build a caro kann repertoire
