Chess Openings Involving Knights?

1) nf3 is totally fine but you should realise you will in most cases just go to a d4 or c4 opening
1) nc3 is ok but it is too early to make such a move considering that c3 and c4, both very common ideas in many openings, are blocked
1)na3 is just trash as the knight is not doing much on the edge and as an example if black goes e5 then your knight is being threatened by the bishop (Bxa3 bxa3 weakens your queenside and otherwise there is b3 but still that doesnt take away from the fact that a3 is just a bad square)
besides there is also d5, blocking c4, the only good square you might have plans of reaching
then...
the four knights is completely fine from whites side but from blacks side it is not guaranteed, white can just go like 3)bc4 or bb5 or d4
a note, 4)bc4 isnt good in the four knights because of nxe4 and if nxe4 then d5
heres a board-

sorry for double posting but i just realised the op asked for ideas
well i dont understand why you just want to move knights as a priority but fine...
as black moving nf6 nc6 without moving any pawns is.... i mean its not refuted or anything but i would not suggest it
so maybe stuff like this:
maybe someone better than me will have other advice, in that case listen to them
