Quick side-note: The Knight is denoted with an N when writing chess moves - the King gets the K. And the above sentence could have more easily been written "...say you play 1. e4 and they reply (1...)e5, so I go 2. Nf3, then they reply with (2...)Qh4 ....". The stuff in brackets aren't completely necessary though.

I believe White has a clear advantage in that endgame, with the chief reason being that White has a plan (attack Black's three-pawn island) while Black doesn't really have one (unless you consider occupying the defended e-file as a plan).
