Classical attack/mating pattern in French transposed miniature

This 15 move 10 min blitz game exmeplifies some classical, typical - yet effective! - developmental/attack pattern in the French-type of game, from white's perspective. The amount of aggression on the kingside that white can muster up is quite impressive, yet typically, it has been suggested that black try c5 at some point in the opening to thwart white's mounting attacks, to disrupt the central pawns, and dislocate the white's light bishop, which is typically posted on d3.

However - in this game, though c5 has been a nemesis of mine in the past, I answer with sheer aggression, which, as you may have guessed, involves sacrifice patterns to launch a brutal attack on black's king:

Nice game. Personally I've stopped playing the french as black because I consistently fail to set up an adequate kingside defense; evidently, your opponent had the same problem. :)
