Coat Rack Openings with Installation Instructions

Good morning, everyone!

Just wanted to share with you all these wonderfully designed nerdy chess coat racks from the German Creative Holz, chess folks.

At first wasn't quite sure where I should have put all this up. "Off Topic" seemed appropriate, but then I decided for "Chess Openings."

So take this as a chess quiz about your openings knowledge.

What chess openings these nerdy chess coat racks are good for practicing every time you are about to leave, or just get back home?

Сорри, но с моей точки зрения это выглядит несколько оскорбительно для шахмат.

Sorry, but from my point of view it looks a little offensive to chess.

Ну, пожалуйста, не будь, что говорит твое имя, @Ochen_Zlaya

For me, it is philosophical, reflective and artistic.

Yes, that half board has no an unambiguous answer I think. On the site where I found it, they say Bogo-Indian

This is ok ONLY if you follow instructions on what is allowed to go on each coat rack.

For example, a coat rack with the position after 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 Nc6 (The Mexican Defense) with maybe 3.Nc3 e5 thrown in to avoid any transposition to the Nimzo-Indian, only Mexican Attire, like Sombreros, can be hung on that rack.

A rack with 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 is only allowed to have French attire hung on it.

Hang a Sombrero on the French Rack and the pieces should be programmed to heat up and burn the Sombrero to shreds.  Same thing if you put French Attire on the Mexican Defense Rack.

Ha, ha, ha, thanks for the clarification on the proper use of the racks!

True, openings should not be studied and memorized mechanically. It is ideas behind them🙃

Thanks so much to my sister State of Carolina! (we’re not only the sister, but also the only Royal States named after Kings Charles and George).

DOH!!🙄. It was so obvious!! GRRR.!

What would be funny is you post a bunch of diagrams similar ro the final picture on post 1.  You do not say if White is on the top or bottom.

Guess the opening!  Basically you are trying to figure out opening patterns based solely on pattern.  For example, since I do not have screws, I will put a diagram here using solely White pawns.  White may be on the top or he may be on the bottom.  Name the opening variation.

Yep, after 12...g5 in the 10.Be3 line.  White on top, Black on Bottom.

How about this one?

Hmm. Wouldn't Nf3 be a move in a normal Queens Gambit declined also?
