Complete ultimate list with every single named opening, ever

Does anybody know an ultimate list of all named chess openings ? The biggest list i have ever found is the :

This one has over 3700 named openings ranging from A00 to E99, Yet even then i still find some lines that are not stated there. Does anybody have a even more complete list ? 

Not really reason, just curious. 

ECO code are all the named openings and variations as if the last published books they have. 

Not every line possible is included, though generally it's going to be almost all openings played by master level players in the past.

This list has many missed lines. It literally says on the page
