What are some openings that produce complex games with many tactical and positional possibilities? I would like to study these openings.

Well one option there is the French Winawer. After the position in the diagram play can continue 7. Qg4 Qc7 with some insane tactical play or something milder like Nf3 for more positional play.

Well im not sure what you mean by complex. there are a lot of openings that can be complex. im also not sure of what you've heard of, but here is one: the benoni defense.this is the main line, but there are many different roads to take this down.

there are several versions you can run into. Old benoni (A43) ,Czech benoni (A44), Benoni Defense (A56-A61), fianchetto version (A62-A64), Modern Benoni (A65-A66),  Taimanov Variation (A67), Four Pawns Attack (A68 A69) , Classical Benoni (A70-A79) I included the ECO in case you wanna look into them.

I have to agree with kingsmate618. Both the Najdorf Sicilian and the Dragon Sicilian yield very complex, tactical positions typically featuring both players attacking on opposite sides of the board.
