Damiano Defense, Damiano Gambit, aaaaand my queen is trapped again.

I've played against the Damiano Defense and similar lines a few times, but frequently end up losing my queen. After taking a seemingly-free rook, my queen gets boxed in. From there, the clock is ticking until Black develops their queenside pieces, castles, and then finally moves their kingside bishop, trapping my queen and thus winning it.

I've been trying to get my queen out of the box for the last couple of times that I've played against this opening, but I've been consistently outplayed. What's the trick to this?

I'm aware that the Damiano Defense isn't going to be played very much at higher levels, but this seemingly-winning position is serving me up losses.

EDIT: Accidentally put this in the wrong forum; moved it.

Maybe attack the Knight on f6 with your dark-squared bishop and trade it?

7 Nc3 and you are fine. You have to stay alert, but you are completely winning.

Either Nc3 or d3 followed by Bh6 to trade everything or d3 followed by Bg5 - I can’t see any plausible scenario where black would have enough time to carry out the plan you describe

(and even that wouldn’t be the cause of a loss on its own as you’d be doing OK with two rooks vs the queen)

Even d4 in the diagram position is pretty sensible offering him a pawn back and just overwhelming him with development and material.
