In the diagram above Black can set a trap with a different 5th move.
5...Nd4! is crafty and White may take the bait. 6. Bxf7+? Ke7. Now White must save his Queen, and she also needs to protect the Bishop. So, 7. Qc4 is only move. Now Black replies 7...b5 which drives the queen away and wins the Bishop on f7.
Normally, it's called Wayward Queen Attack, it's quite good for blitz games. 
this is the PATZER opening. I encounter this all of the time now. look that up and learn the sequence of moves then study the kings Indian defense. I always win when they try this meme opening. it just shows they are weak players.

It should be called the Nakamura. He has beaten strong GMs as White playing that trash!
