Is there are resource where I can find all the ECO codes in tree form according to the moves?
According to what moves?
I mean a tree where you can open all the ECO codes by clicking it and nothing apart from those 500 codes

No! ECO works the other way around, sorted by ECO code, not by chess move.
In general:
A00-A09 - Not c4, d4, or e4
A10-A39 - 1.c4 without QP transpositions.
A40-A49 - 1.d4 Not Nf6/d5/f5 and 1.d4 Nf6 2.Not c4
A50-A99 - Mexican, Budapest, Old Indian, Benoni, Dutch
B00-B09 - 1.e4, No Sicilian, French, Caro, or 1...e5
B10-B19 - Caro
B20-B99 - Sicilian
C00-C19 - French
C20-C99 - 1...e5
D00-D69 - 1.d4 d5
D70-D99 - Grunfeld
E00-E09 - 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 with unusual replies and Catalan
E10-E59 - Nimzo, Bogo, QID
E60-E99 - King's Indian Defense
